"Two visits to Restaurant Zum Sepp. Early arrival in Tux valley. Wanted fish. Close to two in afternoon. Had seen Zum Sepp previous year on the road. Ordered Zander filet. Expected the "usual". Surprised and delighted by the arrival of the perfectly preparedfilet supported on a colorful bed of multicolored and freshly diced vegetable cubes-buttered and so exactly matched to the fish. We were so pleased, that we returned to Zum Sepp when caught in a rainstorm while hiking nearby later in the week, and ordered the Zander filet again. Again, it was perfectly prepared and enjoyed!I cannot say anything about the other menu items, but, I'm confident that they match the Zander filet."
