"I always liked this place for its location and the food. Service was always bad but I could live with it as the rest was enjoyable. This time the food was bland and lacked taste. The child’s dish was inedible, and went back untouched. Waiter didn’t care though, he didn’t even ask if everything was ok or if we liked the food or not maybe he new the answer already but please show a minimum of interest in your guests if a dish goes back completely untouched. Disappointing."

"We have booked a suitably furnished family room with an excellent breakfast buffet, but had to leave 1 day earlier due to the illness of the child, which went without problems. 6 stars. 1 star to go for a television that didn't really work without any problems and 1 star to go for the evening kitchen. the heidschnucke was needy for reconciliation due to the many specks ."
