"Wer in Einbeck gehoben italienisch essen gehen möchte, der sollte die Trattoria Da Angela auf keinen Fall auslassen. Das Ambiete ist nett, die Pizzen kommen aus einem Steinofen und werden auch gerne nach Wunsch dünner oder dicker gemacht. Wer Glück hat findet auf der Karte frischen Fisch, T-Bone Steaks oder Bisteka und ein göttliches Vitello Tonnato. Die Weinauswahl ist hervorragend und stammt aus dem Geschäft des Ehemanns nebenan. Ein kleiner aber feiner italinischer Weinladen. Eine Reservierung bei Angela ist aber auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, denn die Plätze sind selbst um 18 Uhr schnell ausgebucht."
