"Das gemütliche, kleine italienische Restaurant hat einen neuen Pächter. Wir dachten, dass wir es einfach mal ausprobieren, (Familie mit 2 Kindern) und kommen jetzt mindestens 2 mal die Woche. Egal was man isst, ob Pizza, frischen Fisch, geniales Rumpsteak, Antipasti........ ohne Übertreibung, ALLES SUPER LECKER. Nachdem ich früher sehr oft, geschäftlich in Italien war und auch dort schon sehr viel Urlaub gemacht habe, kenne ich die italienische Küche recht gut.Hier kann man nur sagen, es schmeckt wie in Bella Italia und noch dazu passt die typische gemütliche Atmosphäre. Mein Mann und die Kinder sind auch begeistert und alle fühlen sich wohl. Als Begrüßung bekommt man leckere Bruscetta serviert. Der Service ist auch sehr gut und immer aufmerksam. Einfach mal ausprobieren, lohnt sich! "We were most pleasantly surprised by this fairly well hidden location. The steaks were great and the staff friendly although there were few customers and no great rush about the place. Were it to be full there might be a service problem - but we were not in a hurry. We will be back next time we are in Würzburg, that meat was really worth it and the portions were generous (a common German fault we have found)."

"The food here is very good, and generally the prices are very reasonable. The service is exceptional, too. The staff are jovial and friendly, and they're willing to go the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your meal. It's one of my favourite places to...eat in Würzburg. I can only recommend it if you're in town."

"This pub/tavern offers typical German/Bavarian cuisine primarily in the form of a variety of meat dishes. Our group all ordered a type of schnitzel, which was pretty good, the sauce was just ok. I've had better German pub food but this was still good. They have a pretty nice beer selection at great prices and the service was very friendly and helpful. This is a nice place to go with a group if you want to stay a while and drink. There's a fun, local atmosphere and friendly people."

"Ich habe mich nach intensiver Internetrecherche für das Cafe Hollywood entschieden. Großer Fehler! Ich hatte mich auf einen gemütlichen Fußballabend mit Steak, Salat und zwei Bier gefreut und bin nach einer halben Stunde wütend in eine bessere Kneipe gezogen (siehe Bewertung Biertümpel).Dafür, dass nicht "mein" Spiel, sondern ein anderes übertragen wurde, kann das Personal nur bedingt. Dennoch hätte man die anwesenden acht oder neun Gäste fragen und abstimmen lassen können.Meine auf den Webseiten beworbene € 18,90 Bestellung "Steak mit Salat " wurde geschäftstüchtig gekontert mit "Wollen Sie nicht lieber das 300g Steak?". Klar wollte ich, ich war hungrig. Dass ich für die paar Gramm mehr am Ende € 31,80 zahlen sollte, war nicht ersichtlich, und wurde natürlich auch nicht erwähnt. Meine Beschwerde wurde dann mit Achselzucken beantwortet und dem Hinweis, dass das ja auch so in der Karte stünde. Selbst schuld, mein Fehler, könnte man sagen - ich bewerte aber das Preisgefüge und die agressive Promotion des Personals als gezielte Irreführung. Das i-Tüpfelchen war die Frage, ob ein Rumpsteak für mich okay sei, obwohl ich ja eigentlich ein Hüfsteak bestellt hätte. Der Koch hätte sich vertan... Ich akzeptierte das Rumpsteak, denn das war meine ursprüngliche Bestellung! Auf der Rechnung wurde dann mein "Änderungswunsch" mit einem weitern Euro zu dem ohnehin schon sportlichen Endpreis gebucht. Viel dämlicher kann man sich in der Gastronomie eigentlich nicht aufstellen.König Pilsener vom Fass - eigentlich schwer zu glauben im Frankenland - für € 3,80 pro null-vierer Becher. Ebenfalls sehr sportlich. Einheimisches Bier kostet nebenan die Hälfte.Ambiente? Null. Den Bezug zu Hollywood habe ich nicht gefunden. Die Einrichtung ist "cool" im Lounge-Stil gehalten, ungemütliche Barhocker, die prinzipiell im Weg stehen, wenn man zum Klo möchte, zum Rauchen nach draußen oder einfach nur zur Theke.Wer bitte hat diesem Laden die guten Bewertungen gegeben? Ich werde definitiv nicht wieder hier herkommen und empfehle jedem Würzburg-Besucher ausdrücklich den "Biertümpel"."
