"I have called to eat in front of my train to house and everything I can say is what I have eaten Indian food in Britain and the world and that is right there with the best of them. I had the lamb pasanda and shared the peshwari naan. my buddy had the garlic chilli chicken. mine was one of the most beautiful things I've ever eaten and my buddy said he was just as good. the personal is welcoming and friendly. we sat fast and served in time. it won't take long until I'm back in stevenage and the bombay will be my first choice for eating."

"1.29.23 we stopped in randomly because we wanted Indian food and we were in the neighborhood. What an fortuitous find. The food is very good and made daily. We had the Chicken Vindaloo, Lamb Curry, Sag Paneer, and Darka Tal, which was my favorite. The staff is wonderfully patient, attentive, and great with kids. They even gave my son off menu prepared vegetables, which he enjoyed very much.Overall, the place is typical of indian restaurants, and the pricing seems very fair and reasonable, too. At first I wasn't sure if the portions were going to satisfy my hunger, but I was wronog and I barely finished all the food. I believe in supporting local, but more importantly, I believe in supporting those who add value to the community. This restaurant is perfect for families, couples on dates, and general mid size groups for affordable and well proportioned meals.I'm very thankful for restaurant like Mumbai Palace because it's not an easy industry to survive in, so if there's anything that I can do to help them thrive I hope this review will encourage others to eat here."

"First off, going to the premises to collect my meal was promising, you can see the food being cooked, so that tells me they have nothing to hide and I was confident with the cleanliness of what I could see. The employees were polite with a friendly face and there were comfortable sofas to sit and wait on. The meal itself was absolutely beautiful. My favourite item was the veg samosas, definitely the best I’ve ever had. The popodums were melt in your mouth. I ordered a little side curry because I prefer to eat my curry with naan and popodums dipped in it/ scooped on top of the piece of naan/popodum rather than the usual rice and dump the sauce on it. I did have a rice as well though, don’t see many places offer garlic rice so I decided to try- again, flawless. I definitely recommend and will be back."
