"Whether you dine in or take out this place does not disappoint. The food is phenomenal and service has always been great. Most times we dine in and get the Thali cause the price is great, but we've also gotten their Yellow Dal Thadkadwala, Muteer Paneer, Chana Masala, Paneer Tikka Masala, Paratha, Phulka, and Mango Juice and it's all been very tasty."

"We've been to Gaylord in Schaumburg, so since we lived in Chicago, we decided to try this location. The food here is excellent, but the service is missing. I expected the restaurant to be filled more on a Saturday night, but it was quite empty. The waiter couldn't get our drinks orders right! Three of us ordered dirty martinis with blue cheese olives. I asked the waiter if they had blue cheese olives and he said they had it. My husband ordered a gimlet on the rock. The Martinis came out not only 'Dirty', but there were no olives in one of them. The gimlet was served in a martini glass. When we asked about the blue cheese olives (the waiter seemed quite old and we didn't want to confuse him by reordering our drinks) we were regularly brought pimento olives. My husband's gimlet was served in a martini glass without ice. So the waiter brought a glass of ice and tried to pour gimlet from the martini glass into the glass of ice. We offered to help, but he refused and then spilled part of the drink on the table! The food was very good, but the service was slow. We had hoped that this would be our new 'go to' Indian restaurant since Jaipur closed, but we need to look further. The Gaylord in the suburbs is much better that the Chicago location when it comes to service, which is a main reason that people are going instead of ordering!"
