"I've been there a couple of times and their goal is to make burgers with different cuts of beef and other meat, mostly the traditional churrasco cuts such as picanha (rump cover), fraldinha (tender end of flank), ponta de costela (between the ribs and flank), tutano (bone marrow), carneiro (lamb), and others. The taste is not consistent, but when it's good, it's REALLY good!"
