"Wonderful relaxed ambiance, romantic and great service. Offering general Mediteranean foods such as humus, we were more interested in the specifically Afghan dishes. Hubby adored the lamb shank with saffron rice. I found many vegetarian choices including Kudu (pumpkin w yoghurt available without meat), Sambosa (pastries with chick peas that remind me of British pasties, my favorite). The desserts were absolutely decadent. I had the mini chocolate cake and hubby had the custard flavored with cardamon and rosewater. Fantastic! I have already recommended Nora to 8 of my friends. We drove 1.5 hours to eat here but we will be back."

"So this was my second visit to this restaurant. My first visit I order the Paella which came with no chicken as described in the menu. The waitress did give me a discount because of that. Ok this visit, I decided to order the Paella again since it didn't come with the chicken the last time. The Paella included mussels, calamari, shrimp, chicken. Because I don't eat calamari, I asked the server to include more muscles. When I received the Paella, there was very little chicken included in the dish. I told my concern to my waiter, and he said it's because I received extra muscles. I told him just because I didn't want calamari and instead extra muscles shouldn't determine the amount of chicken I receive. I should receive the same amount of chicken that I would have received if the dish included calamari. So long story short I was disappointed after giving this restaurant a second try, I will not be back. My mother's hamburger and fries came out the first time cold, so it was sent back to the kitchen, the second time it came out nearly raw, more like medium. The server had to take it back and didn't charge her for her meal. The food took too long to get to the table as it did the first time we visited this restaurant, and it was a like the restaurant was super packed so the food should have come out in no time. My husband ordered a grouper dinner which was great our first visit, this visit it was horrible, it definitely was not worth $18. So unfortunately this will be our last visit to this restaurant, too many inconsistencies wth the cooking and the food takes too long to get to the table."

"Went here with friends. Server was nice but didn’t listen to us most of the night. This place is expensive for no reason. I kept asking for a fork but they kept giving me spoons. Also it was all cheap plastic ware. We all ordered soda and it came as if they mixed it with water. We would have ordered water, but water was technically more expensive than the soda. Soda was 4 and water was 5. We order the salmon pasta, fried chicken and fish and grits. The fish and grits was terrible. Fish was made well but the grits weren’t seasoned and had no butter. It was supposed to come with a sauce with crawfish (crawfish was according to my server). It was just the fish on cold unseasoned grits. I asked to take it off so I could just share the pasta and instead they gave me another plate I didn’t order and stated afterwards that I wouldn’t have been able to send the food back unless I ordered something else. When I got the pasta it was like half of the portion as my friends. Fried chicken plate. Publix fried chicken is better. Greens were too sweet. We Switched the sweet potato purée for the macaroni and cheese. Bad decision. Worst Mac I’ve ever had. Pasta was good but was not worth $28. There were not that many people but the fact that we had to keep asking for things and it taking like 10 to 15 minutes for us to still not get anything was just the cherry on top. We never got forks that night. And will not be coming back,"
