"First day already and we had to find a place to eat and came about this cozy, beach offer please. amazing eating here and omg! the service is to die, they are so customer-friendly, courteous, nice and patient. I just love it. they help them to think what to eat if they do not yet know what they want and at the end we even have the small fruit mix as surprise. I only have sweet and good word about this place. So if they ever had in the afterbarity of amoudara( right next to heraklion.) that eating was good, I had the chicken gyros, a bit too big for a small lady like me, but I loved the meat. great tast and season. until then next time."

"I love this place! they could suggest gluten-free options for my friend (you could enjoy gluten-free saganaki. the server also gave many good options for traditional food when I asked. it is now very hot and its many sweet salad options were refreshing, tasteful and nourishing. the most difficult part was the choice of dishes. I have ordered too much, but I am happy to bring rest to the hotel! I was able to find χορτα (on the English menu as seasonal cooked green, that was a Greek dish that many people had recommended and it was pretty good. my favorite was the Magos salad of the same name, with wild greens, sun-dried tomatoes, apaki pork, Gravitera cheese and granatapfelsirup very tasteful. the staff was very nice and the service was excellent. they asked, which we would like to say the menu in (Greek, English, Spanish or German)."

"Very friendly owner. we found the place from the lonely planet, but was quite empty. not sure why the part was quite big and eating was great. at the end, as at many other places, we were offered free dessert and raki. I loved it!"

"I walked here for dinner on a Monday evening in early July 2022 with my bf. I loved that this place is right by the water perfect for a sunset dinner. We did not need reservations and just sat down while they got us the menus. We ordered the olives, bread, grilled sardines, and spaghetti with shrimp. The only dish that wowed us was the Grilled sardines. It was very fresh and cooked well and simply. It was a simply lemon sauce and really made the dish pop. The spaghetti shrimp dish was very big and should be shared. The shrimp was a bit gritty but well cooked and fresh. The spaghetti was cooked perfectly and the sauce had a lot of flavor. Although this place was pricey, I'd still give it a try if you don't know where else to go to eat. The even pack your leftovers for you and give you free dessert. Super friendly staff."

"An authentic local find. The name suggests it’s a grill and as there is a pool you might think it’d be trashy it is not! We didn’t eat but peeking at other customers’ tables, the food looked great and menu not too meat centric (suitable for veggies) Lovely cocktails and non alcoholic options. Reasonably priced. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. I’d recommend going toward the start of your trip as the staff find time to talk to you, if you want advice about the area. Some other good restaurants in the area get so busy the staff can’t stop!"

"This is such a great neighboring restaurant with delicious food. the staff, the food and the wine could not degrade. one must above all because it is removed from the tourist hotspots. the portions were generous and tasty, the raki was tasty and included a granat apple infused raki. the best zucchini frit"
