"My husband spoke positively about his previous visit to this restaurant for brunch with a family member so we decided to give it a try for dinner. The food may be good but the service was abysmal. When we walked in, it was like the record skipped and conversation stopped weird vibe. The place wasn’t busy (two other tables were occupied) so there was really no reason for my husband to flag down the server after waiting for 10 minutes so she could take our order. At least it didn’t take 20 30 minutes for the meals to get to the table (15 minutes for a burger and onion rings/clubhouse sandwich and wedges). When the server did walk by the table, she didn’t ask how everything was, as is customary at any restaurant. Her only question was, “Do you want more mayo?” There actually should have been mayo on the clubhouse sandwich, at the very least and some form of condiments on the burger. With the other tables, there was friendly banter nothing for us. It may be a matter of taste but it certainly isn’t ours and we wouldn’t recommend it."

"If you want unbiased same service, don't go here! we have been patronizing this restaurant for decades. sad to say, that looks like it's our last visit. after the church enjoy my man and I enjoy an evening. we were happy to be able to eat again in thanasis. we liked to support them during the shutdown via the takeout. in the did we have to drive 45 minutes to get there and we ate our trip out with still cold weather in a park on ottawa street to enjoy and support. in the decades we had showers, parties, visited high times, celebrated silvester and eaten there monthly. We liked to have a reservation for dinner tonight. we went in and no waitress came to us for almost twenty minutes! even the hostess (also a owner) noticed and said she was regrettable and someone would be right with us. our waitress came by and took our order to sooner too close to us, while I had two flaming cheese on another table illuminated and said I better go back. we ordered it. no brot or water for another twenty minutes. this same waitress has given us in the past bad service (too bad there are others that are wonderful.) problems were slower service, problems with allergies, do not listen or placed attentive to ordering. the table behind us came long to us and our waitress as well as another and a busboy went to bring broth and water to the first person in the party. the rest of the guests appeared later and more broth and water came. of our not. we again signaled the host when our waitress served other tables and not our waitress was too busy chitchatting. another party of six of us and a party of four even noticed that we sat there for a long time without service. we finally left after we were treated as if we had not earned to be there or even exist. the host came out later and said that there was no apology for the bad service we received, but that was it. this type of service can really cost a business. the waitress has obviously not learned from endless errors in pastness, was more instincted to serve others that she knew (like the hostess/owners who ensured that the one table looked after and did not step in to take care of us.) in this day and age the bad service is the last thing a company needs to offer. new Greek restaurants are located in the city. it is time to go and explore what they have to offer."

"First order of steve eddy’s today. How did I not know that fish and chips? fries are the best I had come out of one; the fish is amazing. I had healed, some had cash; both were excellent. the prices are so favorable for the huge portion size. I would add a picture, but it would be a completely empty box."
