"During our visit the service staff were very overwhelmed with the number of guests. it started at the entrance where you had to wait only 10 minutes until someone found the way to the guests to lead them to the tables (which is explicitly asked by a sign at the entrance). Then you could also see how a single service was responsible for the entire restaurant to pick up and pick up the tables. they can imagine that this is very stressful at the 40-50 simultaneously occupied tables and is hardly possible for the employee. a further service was responsible for bringing beverages and feeding them to the tables and occasionally cleaning them. this has worked only moderately, as it also had to distribute menus, as the other service performance was visibly overloaded. I am not sure whether the administration has decided to write the januar prematurely when the reorganization of the restaurant of 09.01 april takes place at the beginning, or whether an increased disease situation was due to such poor service performance, but it was not reasonable. we spent about 2 hours in the restaurant to take a pizza and a drink. eating was good, but they should not spend a third of the stay time waiting for a menu or service to order eventually."
