"Many good ideas but some inconsistencies. We took the menu at 42€ including dessert flat entry. The squash was a great discovery but we did not understand the interest of the other entrance composed of artichoke and feta. If the first one was well balanced and the flavours were well blended, the second one really had no surprise or special flavor. It was missing something that would have married everything. The main dish consisting of a trout, agraume and salmon eggs was good and balanced. The other main dish, the canette with its panais purée was also well executed. The chocolate dessert was very good and congratulations for the quality of chocolate. The other dessert was more surprising but also good. In the end why 4 stars? Simply because if nothing was wrong except perhaps the artichoke, the wait was perhaps too high? In addition, the service has made us feel uncomfortable. This feeling of not being able to exceed the two hours announced and of having a speed in the succession of dishes puts a bit uncomfortable."
