"The staff of the front was pleasant, server was ok, eating was very disappointing. the quality was not on their standards from pastness. for these prices they should not eat lukewarm, usually empty dishes, bland tasting bisque etc. no great experience."

"Very great place to eat at. The food was delicious and you can tell before covid happened this place was a nice eat in restaurant. Friendly and accommodating staff. Still very nice inside."

"Despite having a reservation, waited 15 minutes to be seated in a half empty dining room. (apparently ongoing staffing issue) ? Ordered sausage/onion/mushroom and meatball and ricotta pizzas. Was informed that they were out of sausage. Ok how about a pepperoni pizza, was informed they were out of pepperoni. Ok how about just a plain cheese pizza? Server left to place order and returned to inform us they were also out of meatball! Really, how can a pizza restaurant run out of toppings? At that point left restaurant, very disappointing. I can see why Bertucci’s is filing for bankruptcy. To bad that a nice restaurant has fallen so low with service and quality!"

"This place is generally very poor. I want to be clear that I'm not going to buy coffee here anymore, I'm literally next door to fool myself. Operations are sad when you look at their prices. When you charge $4 and change for a bagel with cream cheese you BETTER the order right? that occurs near NIE in this place. I only use it as a last resort if I want a bagel and not want to deal with the Bagel World lines. If your workers have taken care of getting order as they do their make-up, you might have a chance to fight."
