We did the 'set menu ' Tasting of Jahn, their signature degustation menu. Cost THB 5200pp with paired wines. Attached photo of our steaks being finished using a hot iron lol. Followed by Elephant Black Ivory coffee the elephant version of Luwak coffee 1200 THB serves two, made in front of you in the nifty syphon brewer pictured . Views great, service outstanding. When doing one of their two set menus they will pick you up from anywhere on the island, which is usefull since the hotel is about as far from the rest of the islands attractions and resorts as its possible to get. Probably the most expensive food on the island, but worth it as a honeymoon treat!"
