"Nous avons déjeuné au restaurant de l'Ermitage à l'occasion d'un anniversaire de rencontre. La qualité de l'accueil est sans chichi et le personnel est fort sympathique. Ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié c'est d'avoir pu manger près de la cheminée qui crépitait. Cuisine traditionnelle, les assiettes sont copieuses, les cuissons et les assaisonnements bien réalisés. La cerise sur le gâteau: nous avons passé un très bon moment au Spa après le repas: une eau à température idéale, jacuzzi, hamam, sauna, massage, fish spa... le pied :)"

"Sunday evening, 21.30, late July. My husband and I wanted to have a drink and a drink. The bard seemed to be the right place. the place is small, simple and without many pretenses. has outdoor tables that give on the main square of aiguines. Unfortunately when we arrived the kitchen was closed but the very kind owner made us sit still to take something to drink and after about a quarter of an hour asked us if it was our pleasure of the lamb with vegetables that he was preparing for a dinner with his friends who were sitting there next to us. Of course hungry as we said yes. after a little the owner brings us some stewed lamb with potatoes and vegetables worthy of a genuine homemade cuisine, without too many pretenses but well cooked and tasty. At the end, the account reserves us a surprise. two large beers in bottle, two stew dishes 11 euros, too little, we ask if there was a mistake and the owner with a big smile tells us that the stew is offered because he was sorry that we had found the kitchen closed. that to say, before so much kindness we could not do anything but thank him warmly. I recommend it to everyone."

"Friendly welcome, quick service- ample parking - absolutely extraordinary views from the terrace that is at the edge of the 400m lower verdon - we had come to descend then on the verdon, so did not choose a gourmet menu but just each one a dish - a lemon chicken ( copious, good sauce, industrial fries, too soft salad stayed too long in the vinaigrette, frankly not good and dry steak ) and a decoration to refresh -"

"The service was very good by an old woman. The food was delicious and fresh. The restaurant has a glorious view to the canyon and mountains. So it is really nice to have lunch there even if your table is not on the corner of...the balcony. We liked it very much."

"A very small restaurant with terrace . The sort of local restaurant serving local home cooked dishes that is now hard to find in Provence where nearly every restaurant serves the same rubbish . This is a two person Bar/ Restaurant .A very friendly owner serving at table with his talented wife in the kitchen . Very small blackboard menu that changes daily . Good cheap house wine. Well worth the climb up to this out of the way village with stunning views over the Lac St Croix . Don't expect a gourmet meal its just good honest local food well cooked ."
