"While MacDonalds is usually acknowledged as offering good value, there is another 'Big M ' in Switzerland that has the same repute. Migros is a supermarket chain with many branches offering a cafeteria on site. Such is the case in Brig, a stone 's throw from the...station. Arriving after a long train journey, we looked for somewhere to eat and ended up at Migros. The cafeteria came up trumps with nourishing hot meals, nice desserts and drinks for CHF 26. I had so much pasta that I felt a little uncomfortable. It was clean and functional."

"Sat-down and menu was very expensive and other eating did not look good. left but stopped in the toilet room. at the exit were two waiters there, who said, as I had not eaten, I had to pay 1 franc or euro. I had nothing in my purse, which I showed and said I'm gonna get it from my car that I wanted full. the waitress said from the door: “Ah I see, they do not want to pay.” After some words between her and my friend we have just left and for obvious reasons have changed our thoughts about leaving. you feel that people are cheating on you at the moment you enter."

"Was on a group tour stayed for 4 night's.first night meal was 9 /10 in main restaurant, 2nd night moved to breakfast room and was 6/10, ate out 3rd night after disappointing meal. 4th night 7/10 aga6in breakfast room. Service and staff were very good. But standards had slipped after first night. If booking go for alacarte."

"We expected much more of the positive reviews, but we were rather disappointed after receiving our order. Schnitzel was a bit burned and rather dry. Cesar Salat was comparable to McDonald's salad, only the sauce was better. The staff is really nice and professional."
