"General Last Sunday we took advantage of the great weather in Büsum and went to eat with 6 people (3 adults, 2 youths and 1 child in the Pane e Vino. In the beautiful weather we took place on the numerous outdoor spaces. We were served by a waiter and a waitress. The two service personnel did their work, so no one could mercifully. However, a little lacked the initiative and attention. Despite everything we sat at a relatively hidden table, we were quickly discovered and were able to express our drinks. After we had eaten, the plates were unfortunately not removed from the table. Even until we left, plates were still standing on our table. Food At food there were no significant complaints. 1. Fish plate: The fish plate should be with roast potatoes. We wanted these without bacon. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not possible to fulfill this wish, as the roast potatoes were already ready. We then chose salt potatoes as a supplement. The fish looked very fresh and tasted good. 2. homemade Gnocchi Caprese: We had deliberately opted for self-made. The dish was very freshly prepared. All in all the best food at our table. The potato noodles were made with mozzarella, tomatoes and basil. 3. Furnace potato with crabs: The oven potato was dressed with herbal cucumber and crabs. The court looked very tasty. Especially to mention is the great taste of the herbal cucumber. Crabs were a little scattered on the plate, but at the current purchase prices for crabs, this is not to blame at all, but rather to understand. In addition, we asked the kiln potato for a SMALL supplement salad, which, however, came to the table oversized and, of course, was also a little more expensive. A little annoying because what was not really ordered. The three other foods remained largely unnoticed, including children's dishes such as fish sticks. These dishes should not be a challenge in any place. But they tasted very well, because the plates were empty. The clothing of the dishes was ingenious and creative. For the whole preparation of the dishes it is necessary to mention that the dishes were very naturell on the plates. No superfluous spices have been used to improve the taste. Perhaps the one or the other has to season his food, but that should be left to everyone. We like the natural preparation very well as the individual components keep their own tastes. The ambience To the interior, I can't take a position because I didn't see it. There are many outdoor seating options. Great for beautiful weather. The seating surfaces of the chairs are made of a basket mesh, which makes the longer sitting unpleasant. However, you also get seat documents from the service personnel on request. Unfortunately, it is necessary to make the staff aware of it separately. The table was without tablecloth and seemed similar to a garden table. Unfortunately, that didn't look very nice. "Generally encouraged by the reviews on RK we returned to Neptune. Thanks to a full kitchen on Sunday there was a late lunch at 16:00. There was not too much going on in the restaurant; However, some tables in the right guest room were increasingly filled with family holiday audiences and older dominations (there is another large dining room available . The centrally accessible restaurant is located on a small, heavily frequented public (and paid parking); so you should take a few steps. Maritim decorated, cosy and objectively well-equipped presented the restaurant pieksauber; the operators friendly, attentive and binding. What was eaten: Kl. Portion Scampi with garlic sauce, bread 8.90€; Lende Neptun with spinach, crab sauce and potato salad (special request 16,20€, redfish fillet with Remoulade and Pommes Frites 12,90€; dark beer 0,3l 2,40€, grey burgundy 0,2l 4,10€, Pharisees 4,60€, espresso 2, €, sprout 0.25l 2, € To the dishes you can prepare a small salad from the buffet; the offer here classic (Tomate, Gurke, various green salads, herb, 2 homemade dressings... fresh, well-ordered clean and nicely decorated here is regularly controlled! Before we shared a portion of scampis; well seasoned, roasted to the point and with very tasty, sustainable kno blue sauce and crispy herbal baguette a good portion! The well-launched operation made it possible to the pork larvae with sauce and spinach homemade potato salad as a supplement (I like to try; served extra in a bowl will find this noble and well made tasty. Also the other main foods served after a pleasant waiting period were significantly above the average for tourist cuisine, were handmade well and fresh and completely satisfactorily well tasted: meat really sweet tenderly and well fried; Spinach with light garlic notes and a sustainable light sauce. The red bass well golden brown crispy fried and somewhat courageously salted but not wrong; Pommes o.k. and the homemade Remoulade rich fruity crisp. At our next short stay, this restaurant is guaranteed to fall into the narrower choice. Ordinary, nice and fair. Good food in a nice selection also for in between! With a visit to this recommended place, you can't do anything wrong; they have not done anything wrong except the date of the cash register! "We had booked an arrangement for this hotel: two nights with breakfast and two dinners as a three-course menu. The hotelier with his numerous tattoos could already be seen in the documents on this arrangement. He then appeared in November in a show about Büsumer Hotels on N3, presented as “the oldest of the young Büsumer hoteliers”. On our arrival, the boss was not in the house, we were kindly received by his representative, who was also plentiful. To presume: The entire staff, as we got to see it, was more or less plentiful tattooed and partly wore some grams of steel on the face. They were all very friendly and accommodating, the “you” was program to all guests. The very young operation, which was completely unknown to me until then and which could have been my granddaughter without problems, was already a little necessary for me. All employees of the house were dressed with a uniform t-shirt that showed the logo of the house: but now for the culinary part. On the first evening we had reserved for the second shift around 19:30, which was not really necessary in view of the low number of tourists in Büsum at that time. An operation pointed us to the table and then brought us a one-laminated card from which we could choose the promised three courses. Then she asked about our drinks. Madame ordered a mineral water medium (0.25l for 2.30 € , I ordered a large Pils (wood 0.4l for 3.70 € . At the appetizers we agreed quickly, it should be the small salad. At the main course, Madame chose to fried “Rotbarsch in cheese egg shell, with spaghetti, tomato sauce and parmesan”. I had chosen the “Matje’s housewife with apple-drumbs and roast potatoes” quite quickly. Unity prevailed again at dessert, it should be the “red hat with cream”. After just a few minutes waiting time, the operation then brought two bowls with salad, which did not deserve the name “small”. The salad was already significantly medium-sized, consisted of various leaf salads, tomato halves and a bunch of rocket on top, the whole decorated with a self-stirred cocktail sauce. Very fresh and very delicate, a beautiful entrance. Soon after the empty salad bowls had been cleared, a young waiter brought the plates with the main dishes. At Madame, a large presentation writer, in whose deepening there was a proper portion of spaghetti with tomato sauce, there were two pieces of fish in egg shell. They weren't very small, too, and they were crowned by a harlot, apparently freshly raised parmesan. I got a flat plate that was roughly trimmed from the structure with two beautiful matjesfilets, a good portion of frying potatoes and the apple-sweepered cut, the “housewife sauce”. She was really good, she can't do better, and she's already known in Kiel. The roast potatoes had all at least small roasted areas and were well prepared with bacon and onions. And finally the Matjesfilets – a poem, tender like Marzipan, something better I did not get in the harbour snack in Maasholm. Madame was also very satisfied. Although the fish was no longer glazed, but light years far from “deadly”, it tasted excellent with the egg shell (I was allowed to try as usual. Actually we were already tired, but now the Red Grütze came in a bowl with enormous capacity, on top of it a not small Klecks cream – very tasty and a large portion, the Grütze obviously made himself, we were really good at the end. For the second evening we had ordered the table in the first shift at 18:00. When we entered the place at 5 minutes after 18:00, a number of tables were already occupied, we went into the space two steps deeper. The card was the same as on the eve, but it crawled out another cook in the kitchen. The salads fell a little smaller than the previous night, but they were just as good. Madame chose as the main course “Seelachsfilet auf gestoven Weißkohl mit Drillingen”, but I had no desire for the grooved white cabbage or for the spaghetti to the Rotbarsch. So I chose the simple “carving with pommes”. Two pieces of grounded fish fillet lay on the plate, which was then placed before Madame, four potatoes in shell, of which at least one had by no means the size of a twisting. In addition, a bunch of white cabbage, in which the proportion of flour sweat was pleasantly retained. On my plate a half was taken by a bunch of French fries, along with a hand-sized carving, which was also not flattened, with a lemon carving on top. The fries were fresh, hot and crispy, the scavenger good finger-dick, tender and juicy and with just detaching breakdown. Easy, but good. Madame was less satisfied. Cabbage and potatoes were good and tasty, but the fish had spent much too long in the frying pan and was therefore very firm, just past the consistency of a shoe sole. This was also communicated to the operator when he came to the table to clear the plates and asked them if everything was fine. She then promised to let the kitchen know. Then the next note to the other cook came in the kitchen: The cream on the Grütze were significantly smaller than the previous day, but the Grütze itself was very good again. After all, the operation came to the table and offered us a schnapps or espresso as a compensation for the unsurpassed fish. Conclusion, even after looking at the plates at the neighboring tables, where a la carte was eaten: In Stüürmann, a basically very good, bourgeois cuisine is cultivated, without surprises, but distinctly tasty and with portions to become saturated."

"Update 06.09.2022: Also 4 years after the last report (not least visited! now in late summer 2022, the restaurant remains in good memory in the well-stocked Büsum: When the clientele becomes older and older (and with a cup of coffee the outdoor areas were blocked for hours, the interior in the 1st floor weather-related the right choice. The peppy super friendly young pesonal on you has everything under control. The table pieksauber and well maintained. The prices were somewhat dressed (where not? but the food was again tasty, well portioned and of good quality: the redfish with Remoulade and potato salad supplement (21.90€ top fried and seasoned fresh and tender; the supplements bought but still neat. The beach plate with smoked salmon, crabs, scrambled eggs and baguette on salad (23.90€ deliciously marinated with onions, fresh and tasty. Beverage prices: 0,3l Pils or dark by Flensburger 3,80, fresh, cool Grauburgunder 0,2l 7,90, water 0.2l 2,90 and regional ham 3,20€/2cl. Everything done right! About €20 compared to the last report, but that's reasonable! Only the inner-city construction company of some lonely investors makes Büsum a universal spa and lets individuality and flair disappear from the old fishermen and port city. Fast food shops and commercials at and in every corner should be contemporary, but not here! Büsum is still interesting to observe people, but is becoming more and more unresolved. 25.09.2018: We have always known the Spieskomer and are more common here because of the wide range of regional food and fish and have never been disappointed, although the concept is more for tourists or for tourists. Therefore, seniors are always binding, positive and good at the best known operator. After fire and reconstruction, the kitchen is probably a bit bigger; sensational what the ones at the great selection go here with good quality and everything from the first floor (restaurant also for the glass covered terrace on the street. Here we found a side table in the late summer sun and with some wind in the well visited house. You need to use the good weather! A tribal waiter was fast and took up our mood with a loose jump. Drinks served: Lillet pink (big glass filled with beaten pink wild berries 5,90€, Flens 0.4l 3,70; 0.3l 3, € and the Dithmarscher Herbs Waddenläuper (2cl 3, €) must not be missed afterwards. Our lunch table after a pleasant, not too long waiting period: In the cabbage season many additional dishes on the big table for me a must-have of the kohpfanne (13.90€ delicious sosty with a lot of chop, a good cooked sausage and delicious potatoes. Balanced, tasty and crisp, just get the right dish full! Madame rather classic with the lush sailors: crabs, matjes, smoked salmon, garlic cream, cream rod and roast potatoes (20,90€). For standard tourist dishes and also fast hunger always geignet and recommended. In the evening some more elaborate menus are offered; Hosts in a small circle in the cozy restaurant always promise a pleasant stay, even if gourmet snacks are deliberately dispensed with here..."

"As we have seen this on restaurant criticism in schleswig holstein, the barkasse has received one of the best reviews, and also many competent we wanted to book a table again at our visit in büsum for 2 persons. from beautiful Wednesday, where was pure sun. unfortunately they had rest day and so we postponed it until Friday. we were treated on the phone very nice and friendly with a thank you for the reservation. in five days in büsum we have eaten three times here. several dishes were offered with pictures in the menu and each of the picture dress we ordered was dressed as on the photo on the teller, amazing and very appetizing. when we entered the restaurant that we were taken by a friendly lady at the reception and asked whether smoker or non-smoking, we answered the question with the note that we have reserved and was led to our table in the non-smoking area, the winter garden. what we also felt as pleasant, was the fact that one is always taken at the door in the reception, as in the usa and on the table. at last directly on the harbour pool of a wooden garden, where we can also rent apartments, is the restaurant to the barkasse. the last time before a few months and now? they go over a beautiful terrace protected by wind and rain, to the restaurant overlooking the dishes and the open kitchen. here you can see how fish and other foods are prepared and also prepared. it is all very maritim decorated in dark wood and brass. beautiful lighting with many exceptional snaps on the walls. ships, control wheels as lamps, brass pans and kocher, with high and low water indicator, many fresh in pots crimped. in the back area feels smoker as in the old good stub with red leatherssseln and a red couch. next to the entrance of the old wc is an imperial for about five guests with many hints and report about the restaurant of time and the cookbooks written here. small note in relation to cookbooks, we have ordered the dishes on a little bite the recipe from the cook, super. right next to the upheaval is a half of a rowship where the cookbooks are beautiful to see with many decorations. on the walls are beautiful maritime paintings and old photos from the Busumer fishing port. the ceiling lighting is very beautiful, like stars skymade. then they come into the winter garden of the more maritime is furnished than the good stubborn. with bright leather chairs and noble wood tables. also here are old ships in the window area and many old still original shipping products. windows after all sides with beautiful view of the ship and the harbour. they can see how the ships on the ship are processed, painted and pulled up and down in the harbour. the Wc rooms are older, but very clean and equipped with new towel and washing machines, as well as disinfecting the hands. when we sat and the menu was brought along and we offered variation of the jakobsmuschels as well as a green pfeffersteak in calvados sauce. it was politely asked for our drink request and we chose a bottle chardonnay 2012 hatari from South Africa for €13.90. the wine was excellent, no great and exceptional class, but very good, with light acid in taste. the price development was in order. when we decided to estrich, norwegian kabeljau filet with objective beautiful unfortunately was only a part that we took. we took the list from the map with sprinkled garnel from the mangroves in pfeffer cream sauce with light cognac taste, with salat in a parmesan dish. the skrei was nicely cooked. we asked about the garnel, because it seemed exceptional for us and we said that it was fried like original white carving in organic orange pee and always was spilled over with the hotly clarified butter. (or so similar, dressed on pretty red and black lenses with small colorful fresh vegetables in a crimped sauce. to this filet from the organic oranges. as a supplement on the teller there were grayish risotto, gray I never really liked, but the risotto was with colorful little sweet cubes and parmesan a great variety of the day I like gray. (although only so the circus with the supplements I can really recommend. tasty lenses a really beautiful court, visual and tasteful for 23,90 €. the mangroves were garnel, as well as the skrei super fritted and served with a good pepper sauce on the enkartoffel. there was a juicy one that didn't fit all nine garnels in the potato. the salat was also beautiful, many species of leaf salad were served here along with an appetitliche marinade in parmesan dish. on the salad they found fresh champignons, various sorts tomatoes, green, yellow and red as well as roasted pine nuts. roasted white brot with craumbling for 23,90 €. Both dishes were excellent. when the little guß came out of the kitchen, we were very amazed, visually was a great variation, see photo. jakobsmuschel stripe under kartoffel, roasted. has certainly taken one for expert. fresh leaf spinach foam with sage. artfully served on the pretty dish. where I want to draw the attention to beautiful cutlery and cheerful. service 5 stars, eat (if I could have 7 5 stars, price 5 stars and environment as well as cleanliness 5 stars. here we will certainly come back so often."
