"I was not presented with an itemised bill an overcharge and the service was poor. I had to ask 5 times to get water. The food was okay. We had the raw salmon salad , steamed sea bass , stuffed squid and hang kong. I think they had a special menu for caucasians with the prices manually altered and doubled and then they added more when paying . A rip off."

"Absolutely terrible at following instructions on their orders. Have seperate orders to take away which they messed up. Ordered the T bone steak and asked for mushroom gravy but they gave me only gravy sauce instead. The second time I asked for mushroom gravy and they forgot the sauce all together. This was take away so I did not have time to go back. Would not recommend"

"I went to have lunch with my son , My son can't eat the mushroom sauce so I asked them to put the sauce to one side. They wanted to charge me an extra dollar to pour the sauce to one side. The manager and 4 other Chinese staff came to argue with me, a customer. Thanks"

"1 can of drink is no more included in dinner. Variety of Wagyu is very limited, they are either small cut or thin. I doubted the roast duck was 100% real because different pieces had funny reflections under light. The roast ducks I ate elsewhere had different textures. Food labelling maybe inaccurate. This Korean BBQ chain has quite low CP ratio but TK in the next suburb is probably lower. Lack of competition nearby anyway.
