"Has a living room with mountain views next to the river and a covered terrace joto above the river. excellent start-to-end service. very well presented dishes and very good raw materials. the good but hard rice, he lacks cooking. the price somewhat high, especially the children's dishes."

"There are only two restaurants in the tiny picturesque village of Beget, but this place is not complacent. White linen table cloths and high quality cutlery give a foretaste of the excellent cuisine to follow. The interior feels styled by minimalist modernist architects. The exterior tables benefit from the amazing views and historical location. A menu with a good range – some innovation amongst the classics, tasty and tastefully delivered. Not cheap but good value. We went in mid September, but I suspect booking ahead will be essential in the high season. You won’t regret doing so."

"In a very hot summer day, our visit to Cal Marques felt like finding an oasis in the middle of the dessert. Friendly service and excellent cuisine. We choose the Traditions Menu.The Cod salad with Fesols was savory and very well balance. The Cod with garlic and fig oil delightful. The Sachertorte to die for. Mu only complain, the size of the portions. My only question: whu is more expensive the Season Menu than the Traditions Menu? Shouldn't be cheaper to use seasonal products in season?"

"This is a characterful hostelry in an ancient ,remote ,medieval ,village set in the Spanish Pyrenees. This charming restaurant is at the top of the village above a steep valley cut by a rocky brook. The views and setting alone are worth the trip ,whether...inside with its timber decor or outside on the stone terrace . However the food is very well cooked, regional and substantial, coupled with no nonsense, brisk service ."
