"Follow my insta @burgersnbikinis <br/ <br/ So Cabra Vale diggers got fancy guys!! As part of the clubs ongoing redevelopment, they've recently opened a swanky new Brasserie on the Park and this place has it all!<br/ <br/ Beautiful modern interiors, amazing friendly staff, and a food menu chockers with tasty treats. I recently went for a sample of some of the menu items and boy I was not disappointed! (You know what I was though, full.. very very full haha)<br/ <br/ Course 1:<br/ Beer battered flat head soft tacos with wasabi mayo, charred corn, baby radish, caramelised onion and coriander. These were an absolute hit!<br/ Garlic prawns in slow roasted tomato and basil with a crusty baguette. The prawns come sizzling in a cast iron pot and the bread is perfect for scooping. <br/ Trio of sliders. A very generous serving size for a slider too!<br/ <br/ Course 2:<br/ Grain fed rump cap with broccolini and red wine demi. Omfg this steak was cooked to absolute perfection!!! I usually steer clear of ordering steaks for non steakhouses, but boy they absolutely nailed it! A perfectly cooked medium rare, heaps of sauce and veggies I can't rave enough about this!<br/ Roasted chicken with potato purée, lemon and tabouleh. Delicious crispy skin and moist chicken makes for a happy Saz. And buttery potato purée always guarantees a smile. <br/ Salad with baby spinach, roasted pumpkin and balsamic. <br/ <br/ Course 3:<br/ Seafood platter: grilled fish fillets, tiger prawns, salt and pepper squid, beer batted barramundi fillet, rock oysters, smoked salmon, fries, salad and nim jham sauce. I hope you're hungry!<br/ Prosciutto pizza with cherry tomato, rocket, balsamic glaze, shaved Parmesan and mozzarella. Proving that this place really can do everything and caters for all tastes!<br/ <br/ Course 4:<br/ dessert! A tasting platter of treats including the most delicious slice of chocolate mousse cake covered in a gorgeous chocolate glaze. I need more of this in my life. A mango mousse dessert, and a cool little caramel popcorn number. <br/ <br/ Before we rolled out of there we were treated to an espresso martini, and make sure you don't leave without trying one! A nice strong coffee kick topped with a scoop of ice cream! This is how I roll!<br/ <br/ I am so thrilled this place is only up the road from me as I will definitely be back! Every choice of food you can desire, beautiful modern dining space and staff sure to make your night enjoyable. Cabra vale are killing it!<br/ <br/ Saz burgersnbikinis<br/ <br/ Xx"

"Had the sweet and sour fish hotpot. Fish was fresh and the hotpot itself was tasty with noodles. I think it's a bit pricey charged us $55 $5 for a plate of noodles. Service is not bad but you'll have to try to get the attention of the staff. Popular restaurant in the area looks like locals know what the restaurant is good for."

"The restaurant was not our 1st choice however it satisfied the hungry tummy. The food was good and fresh. The paw/paw prawn and jelly fish salad was the outstanding dish. Skip the Seafood steamboat if you can as it wasn't authentic and had process seafood the broth itself was bland. We found the lemon soda drink was not too sweet and quite refreshing. Food overall was nothing to write home about, service however was very prompt and efficient."

"Went here for lunch on a whim as we saw the place packed with locals and so glad we did . It looks like just another suburban eating place but the food takes it to another level. We had the fresh spring rolls , a duck soup dish and a seafood stir fry. All the meals were fresh and tasty and the serves very generous. The ambience was great , full of locals enjoying their food. The service was attentive but unobtrusive."

"This is a favourite of ours, and our meal tonight didn't disappoint. The restaurant is inside the El Corez Hotel in Canley Vale. Menu is traditional Chinese dishes, with a huge variety of entrees, rice and chicken, seafood and meat dishes.Serving sizes are quite large, and main meals are about $15 on average. There is an inside and outdoor section, it's best to makeca reservation on Friday and Saturday nights as they can get quite busy.They also provide takeaway.Meals are always delicious and well worth visiting."

"Came across this restaurant and decided to try as it had a new and clean look. Brightly lit and nice decorations. I got the rice noodle salad with fried spring roll, lemongrass beef and sugar cane prawn each component was so tasty! Best smoke...chargrilled taste on the beef ever!! Friend got the combination broken rice and she said it was excellent too! Highly recommend."
