"Highly recommended!!! We were there for a girls’ weekend, 7 of us, and were delighted!!! Italian lady at the reception made us feel very welcome and relaxed. The hotel is absolutely spotless and clean. Bathrooms to the highest standard, shower with so many options that you don’t want to come out ; The staff had no problem with catering to us for breakfasts, we had a really cosy corner with a big table. Delicious food options, even for coeliacs! Dinner at Collins Bar quite enjoyable and we could talk and enjoy our company, not like in other crowded and noisy bars in town. Plenty of cocktails to choose from. Wines decent. Pool and spa facilities ok. The steam room was a touch lighter than I’m used to, but the temperature suited other people. Location central with a bus stop straight to airport or Cork city centre. Perfect weekend getaway. Thank you for a nice experience!!!"

"Wandering west Cork on a winter day, we were glad to find Ger's open for lunch even in mid-afternoon. We had very good soup and fish'chips, quite satisfying. There is more seating inside than you realize when you first step in. Be sure to step around to the right to see the waterfall and fairy village, well worth walking a few steps. Keep an eye on your children since there is a bit of a drop at the viewing platform, you will see what I mean when you arrive."
