"Outside you sit directly at the fountain and are kindly hosted. the card offers some menus and plenty of single positions for all walks. the prices are moderate and with the plentiful portions you will be tasty and well fed. the service is young and flash. also the house wine sounds good. a very good restaurant, which is also well visited accordingly."

"This lovely early Autumn evening was enhanced by a couple of beers sat in the square outside the restaurant while our host let us chat. There was no pressure to order, we just browsed the menu at our leisure. When we had chosen he took our orders and prepared a table for us. As neither of us were having a starter, we just wandered in when he let us know our food was ready. We both had the falafel salad and it was delicious. A good sized plateful of a lovely salad and really first class falafels. They’re easy to get wrong or to turn into solid little nuggets but these were just right. Once we’d finished then they were followed by some of the finest frites either of us can remember. Grease free, made from potatoes with the skin on and really tasty without a trace of salt. The chocolate mousse afters along with super coffee blue tea round off the meal. We spent 2 hours taking our time over a really great meal in a charming, quirky little restaurant. We’re both very pleased."

"Hotel restaurant in the beautiful village of the minervois, a well hidden courtyard in the shade allows to eat quietly. The boss is a real end-train welcome you and makes you comfortable right away. fresh product beautifully worked, a real treat. I recommend the octopus salad, mhuuuuummmmm."

"We arrived at the restaurant shortly before closing but managed to secure a table. With four adults and four teenagers in need of pizza I presumed the pizza quality would suffer and service be staggered at best.WRONG! All pizzas were served together and all piping...hot. The pizzas were superb, delicious beyond expectation and comparable to any artisan pizza we have tried and a lot more for. As the evening grew chilly we we invited inside the restaurant by the hostess just as our pizzas were ready to serve. From my seat I had a clear view of the chef at work. Absolutely stunning pizza making skills. So close to closing time these last few pizzas were made with care, skill and artistry worthy of an entry into a pizza competition. Wish I could have expressed my respect to the chef in more than infant level french with an accompanying cheeky northern wink and thumbs up."
