"Ridiculous customer service. Last time my sushi order had missing Ginger. Today my order had missing salad. I had to go back to pickup salad. The Rude front desk at Yasai said it was not his problem and repeated it 3 times. His name when asked was Robin. This is ridiculous customer service. I am going to find another sushi place. There are plenty in the area."

"I really like this seafood restaurant. It’s quick service so it’s casual but the food is delicious. What other quick service place can you go and get a whole lobster!? Excellent food and service! The smoked fish tacos are pretty darn good too!"

"I read the reviews before I went, the good and the bad. To say I was pleasantly surprised by my visit would be an understatement. There is a HUGE variety of dishes to choose from. Even the pickiest person will find something they enjoy. And I definitely enjoyed the food I chose. But.......that's not even the best part!!!!! I was amazed by the hospitality!!!!! The hostess that seated me was very friendly, though I didn't catch her name. A young man helped me with something I needed prior to seeing my waitress, and he did so with a smile on his face. He was so pleasant! Every time I saw him, he just made you smile. My waitress was Crystal....and she was very attentive and provided exactly the level of service I needed. I had let her know in advance that I would be there longer than most people as I had a project I needed to work on. The staff never made me feel rushed or in their way. Crystal was wonderful with the level of service she gives, and she was so pleasant and welcoming to every table I saw her speak to. What a wonderful atmosphere!"

"1/31/23 : Had dicided to update my review, I was ver y pleased with my conversation with Jorge as soon as he saw this message he contact me immediatly and apoligize for the bad experience and understood my concern. I was invited to go go back to the restaurant again . Thak you Jorge for taking care of your customers and for undertanding how upset I was about the food. THANK YOU SO MUCH AND LOOKING FOWARD COMING BACK FOR SOME DELICIOUS PERUVIAN FOOD. Previous comment : Saturday 1/28/ 23 around 8:00pm I was there with my family and I have to say the food was the worse ever. I have gone to peruvian restaurants and never had a bad expereince THIS PLACE IS OVER PRICE!!!! THE FOOD IS NOT COOKED GOOD AND THE TASTE IS NOT AUTHENTIC PERUVIAN. YUCCA FRITA !!! HORRIBLE we had ordered Yucca Frita : it was way under cook, not crispy and it has hard tasted , this needs to be crispy with a little flavor this was horrible LOMO SALTADO : it had so much soy sauce that all you can taste was the that soy sauce no flavor, cooked bad , there was no season more less drenched in soy sauce !! MY STOMACH WAS UPSET AFTER EATING THIS . was it because we were almost the customers ? or the chef likes soy sauce that puts so much food is not good total of $155.00 bill for something we didnt like and it taste it horrible. I want to mention the staff ,and waiter and the seating host were amazing , friendly , and good service. Nothing bad to say about the staff at this place everything here at the restauran is very attentive and friendly."

"The combos make it easy to order if your unsure of what to get. The waiter's do bring your dishes separately, by courses (which is great for me and people who take time enjoying their food). My favorite dishes were the gyu kaku salad and pork belly There was a short seating wait time. Though overall i enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. *Price is for a combo for 2"
