"We had lunch at the grill in prelude to an afternoon at the hotel’s spa. like the rest of the property, the grill is a charming, well shaded place and with .... A real grill where cooks work. We tasted delicious dishes, e.g. cod with virgin sauce although the piece could have stayed more minute on the grill) , traditional, or totally unusual, such as the one among avocado burned with its black garlic cream. very appreciable, the presence of salad in garnish dishes, which is non-existent in the region. note fries probably made to the pan because crispy and not fat! Very generous proportions of the entrances, could have been a little more elaborate for the main dishes. A very nice stop, we are now looking forward to testing the rest of the hotel. a small swimming pool next to the grill, for the guests of the grill, unless mistaken."
