"This café has recently opened but has more than a few teething problems. Visited for lunch with my daughter and grandsons. The girl taking the order did not have a good understanding of either English or their menu. When ordering a children's burger she insisted and argued for several minutes that they did not do them. Not until another staff member pointed out where to find on the computer did she find it. Also ordering further meals and drinks was a nightmare and took way longer than it should. BY the time our order was placed there was a very long line of people waiting. Then to the order. Coffee was cold and tasted awful. Children's meals ok but would have been nice if they had been given straws for their drinks and cutlery. Our melts were awful. Tasteless produce and very greasy. There was a large number of staff working. We counted at least 9. There was no excuse for the dirty floors in the kitchen area and food prep area - these could be seen from the tables. No excuse either for your customer area to have box upon box of drinks and other things stored in plain view. Not a good look. We have been to other Caffe Cherry Beans and the food and service has always been good. This was so bad no way would we give it a second go. Much more attention to detail and staff training needed."

"Have visited Restaurant Three three times so far, with a fourth visit planned in a few weeks. We found this restaurant after needing an alternative buffet after a horrific experience at the Morayfield Sizzler.Good variety of food - there are the main staples each time, but a few different things each time as well. Vegetables, salads, variety of chicken, beef and other meat dishes, garlic bread, bread rolls, chips, cold meats etc. Desserts include an ice cream machine, pancake maker, slices, biscuits, etc. Staff are nice, and even added candles to the BYO birthday cake we took in recently (no cakeage fee). Noise levels can be a bit high, but overall a very good experience.Members of the Kedron-Wavell RSL receive a discount price."

"This café is near to the noisy food court on the ground level of the Chermside Westfield shopping centre. However it's a separate café premises, with a wide open frontage, so you can go into it and be a little distance away from the passing shoppers. On my visit one weekday for an afternoon tea break l noticed the other people sitting at the tables were alone (e.g. a tradie taking a break after the working day) or in pairs (people in white collar work clothes). When I returned the following morning to meet up with a friend, more of the customers looked to be women shoppers and elderly folk and there was scarcely a spare table. So it's evident this branch of the Stellarossa franchise chain is serving its mixed community capably. It's not really an espresso bar in the Italian mode, but it serves a reasonable coffee."

"Really friendly and helpful customer service! I have a mix of green lens salad and falafelsalat. both really tasted delicious and were full of taste. there were much more meat options then veg options that was a little shandy because if they get their online menu they have some really amazing salads, but only seem to turn one or two of them into their daily options."

"Booked into this place for my 60th birthday lunch with my family. We ordered our meals and they came out one by one even though we all sat at the same table at big intervals but my meal was cold,then my sister's meal came and...hers was cold.they were going to reheat it I refused and I asked for a refund and so did my sister. They gave us free coffees. Sorry I won't be returning."
