"My travel companion and I went to dinner, we had such great food. Well prepared steaks, wonderfully crispy pommes, and the garlic bread served compliment is so tasteful. The salad served with the food was good, and the service was with a smile and very friendly. We had a cowboy and a New Yorker, both of excellent quality."

"Chetumal has a local brewery, and its Obscura beer is everywhere, but here you can sneak some handcrafted beer from Tulum with a Pale Ale and a Brown. We haven't eaten here yet, but we plan to stay here. The staff was very nice to me, and I just loved a source of good beer during the city. When I was overpaid to an accident from 100 Pesos, they made sure that they correct it before I left, not always a joint thing down here in the beautiful nation of Mexico. P"

"From friendly service to incredible food, this place is a winner. As a chef, I'd be here if I lived here. Great presentation, a varied menu and the best food we ate, as we bypassed the Yucatan. I loved the best ever Birrie and my wife was happy with her lemon fillet over a bed Risotto. The Jalapeno Margaritas were creative, tasty and full of tequila. For what was probably my mistake, this evaluation was also wounded on Los Comales, which we would not enter due to the ear, which shared loud music. Back to Almira: SIX stars."

"He vivido en esta región por casi 10 años. Conozco casi todos los restaurantes de Chetumal. La señora Laura es excelente. (sin exagerar). Mas hijo ne había hablado de este lugar. Cuando simplemente ya no quería saber de tacos, carnitas, hamburguesas, cocina regional, franquicias de actitud fría y atenciones despersonalizadas. Cuando estés harto de ir a comer a la plaza llena de ruido y de ofertas raras con comidas de dudosa procedencia. Simplemente ve a San Remo. Tenía un poco de prisa. Llevé a mi perrita conmigo para que lo aplicaran sus vacunas. Cada semana debo ir a Chetumal a hacer diligencias, pero esta vez, me tuve que llevar a Canela conmigo. No esperaba que siquiera me atendiera. Me dijo que el animal no puede entrar pero se podía atar a la verja del porche. Ordené una sopa de minestrone , Mmmm ideliciosa! Cada cosa del menú ella lo hace. Sus precios son muy económicos. Su restaurante esta lindo. Cada detalle tiene gracia como en el hogar. Como una pasta después de la sopa y una deliciosa bebida fría de menta. Al frente se encuentra el parque de los caimanes y el ambiente ven si es muy agradable y limpio. No hay música vulgar ni estruendosa. Además sin que yo se lo pudiera le acercó un traste con agua a mi perrita. i Caray ! Eso, es servicio. He estado en otros restaurantes italianos y nunca me había sentido tan mimada. Lo recomiendo 100%."

"The food was average, but the portion sizes were reasonable. However, the cocktails were very good value, the equivalent of around £2 each, which was excellent. It's a convenient location and was easy walking distance from our hotel. We wouldn't rave about it, but it...was okay."
