"We went to this place a couple of times. We did not have a reservation however we they found a table for us. The waitress who was a young lady at the bar was really kind and helpful and the food was good. The second time we were put at the bar and it was rather uncomfortable to eat the meal. And the staff who escorted us in did not bother to take our order, and even the lady with short hair who was at the bar was not so cheerful. They don't smile at all. It is sad as the food is good. Update: After 3 months we decided to give it another chance because the food was good. However, we didn't receive any service at all and the staff was completely dismissive of our presence and continued to chat amongst themselves. We walked out."

"Absolutely disgusting!! Don't even going there! Food terrible. Customer service absolutely shocking!!. Me and my family went hear for dinner on Saturday (8th). They served me meal just before 9 o'clock which included to kids meals! Then proceeded to come over to our table at 9 o'clock to inform me that it was over 18's only after 9 o'clock, which made my 5 year old daughter feel uncomfortable and like she couldn't finish her meal!!!! Would of been perfectly fine of course if they'd actually informed me of this before I ordered and paid for our meals!! I then went over to the bar to order a drink because I of course wasn't leave until we'd eaten the food we'd just paid for. They told me again we had to leave when I went up to the bar to order my drink and again said we had to leave which I said I won't be leaving until we are finished our meals. I was then served the wrong drink so I went back up to the bar to get the drink I actually ordered for the guy behind the bar when said the drink I had wasn't what order and didn't taste right which I'd know because it's my favourite drink and what I order every time!! For him to say what dose it taste like then. Very rude and unprofessional!! Wouldn't recommend at all!! The food was also rubbish and complete tasteless a special the chicken wings. You could get much better food from the chicken shop up the road ."

"Our group had a stellar dinner at Mandalay! We enjoyed the cucumber papaya salad (amazing!! , shrimp egg rolls, lamb danbauk (wow!! and the twice-cooked fish (fish curry . This is seriously one of the best meals in London, and you can’t beat the price. Visit...Dwight at the Mandalay, and sit back and enjoy the fantastic food."

"My friend and I visited jasmine last night at 10 a.m. for a late dinner. the restaurant is such a hidden gem! we loved the family ambiente and warm welcome. we were greeted with a smile, quickly handed over menus and sitting. Despite the restaurant that was closed at an hour, we were not getting angry and nothing was too much of a problem. we ordered the Thai fish cakes, lemon fish, chicken green curry and tom yam soup. the fish cakes were perfect! a great size. the curry was one of the best curries I ever had. the perfect combination of aromen. the lemon fish (sea bass) was nice, but I found it had no taste. "It can not be many pubs in this 900 chain that are simply called “wetherspoons” but this is one. I was on the way to a wine tasting in belgravia when I thought it wise to eat something before. this place is located above wh smith in victoria stations bankrupt. it even has its own roll stairs to get up there. it was busy when I arrived and found a table on the outside balcony. I soon realized that it was quite cold, so went back inside and managed to find the only free table. I ordered the whole day brunch and a glass house wine. at £10.05 for both this was a bit more than you would normally pay in a Wetherspoons operation, but it probably reflects the location of the pubs. it is very reasonable considering that many pubs in the center of london now calculate £8/£9 only for a glass wein. the food was good. it was hot. it's not quite gordon ramsey, but it does what it says on the dose (or should be a shaft menu.) I'm going to dip here definitiw before the next wine tasting event."
