"This is a lovely traditional French restaurant, ran by a friendly husband and wife team. The food was superb, very traditional, though a little grasp of French is helpful as the menus are handwritten on chalk boards and they don’t speak a lot of English. It can be a little noisy sitting outside but as the evening wore on the passing traffic became less and less and it was a very pleasant place to watch the sun go down. You have to like dogs though as they have a very friendly spaniel who wanders from table to table for a scrap or a pet! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and experience, highly recommended!"

"Very good quality/quantity/price ratio for 15 euros you can have a formula: dish drink dessert coffee. For my part, I took a goat man's crunch with fries and accompaniment salad I was not disappointed! The dessert apple cake was very good too. (Petit flat, but it's a northist who talks, so not necessarily relevant in Normandy, there wasn't much choice of beer! The presentation of the meals is treated (I unfortunately didn't think to take a photo, the appetite was too strong! The service is of quality, you will not wait long before being served. In addition to this period of health crisis, the barrier gestures are respected and the cleaning of tables and chairs are done between each customer. The servers are friendly and listening. You can also buy some local products (beverages etc. . A good surprise that I recommend to anyone passing through town!"
