Beyond the price is the welcome I hold with a small family business or everyone is involved and cares for the passing customers where the accustomed. "After spending several times in front of the house without ever trying, a friend invited me to try this little restaurant. the surprise was total: accompaniments to the dishes, the quality was at the rendezvous. rice is well prepared, not sticking to teeth and having chewing without giving you the impression of eating plaster. a Japanese rice like you love them. The gyoza are frankly good, the nems too. sushi are well proportioned, a balance fish-riz nickel, where in some restaurants you find yourself with a huge ball of rice and a fish leaf on it. Sashimis are cut to the ideal size, fish are scented, not too fat and melting in the mouth. maki and futomaki level, perfect on the whole line. desserts, although relatively classic, are effective: their mochi ice suppliers have been correctly chosen, offering qualitative ice. the value ratio is very present, leaving the belly more than filled for two people (without lessening on the pleasures: beers in drink, entrance/plat/dessert). the setting is nice, quiet, the staff is adorable (special dedicating to this delicious, very scented saké offered at the end of the meal). I recommend the eyes closed."
