"We loved our stay at the Esterel and we will definitely come back. Very nice location. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Very nice room. We had dinner at ROK and loved our experience. Woooow the staff also celebrated our anniversary with our dessert. Very nice attention from our waitress Claudiane!! All the staff were nice. We recommend the Esterel for a stay surrounded by nature. Food drinks: We had the Angus filet mignon dinner with shrimp on volcanic stone. Appetizer: scallop, peach and a little mayonnaise. Salad starter for my partner and I chose the crab cake. For dessert we chose the chocolate mousse and ice cream. The next day we had a buffet lunch woooow lots of choice. If someone can't find something to eat, they're picky. Very nice experience for us, big favorite for dinner and lunch. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Romantic"

"Was a nice atmosphere, breakfast was good, and light afternoon snacks as well. Beautiful view, however, in December the ice still hadn't frozen over, and so nothing much to see outside. Pretty good food, but expensive for what you get."

"The service to Quebec with its always pleasant reception. the setting of the restaurant is really beautiful with the view on the lake. The dishes are just and well served. rates are largely affordable. the small plus is to have access to the hotel's wine map that offers a hallucinating choice both in tariff and in reference."

"Much overpriced and boring food! Had the duck... they didn't even leave the skin on for crispy duck skin!! What's the cook doing? Besides, there was nothing to season, the pepper sauce was definitely not pepper sauce, tasted more like Consommé and Worcestershire Sauce. The waitress was unprofessional. My friend had the Manhattan Steak and was as disappointed as I, not a seasonal and boring plate. Not to mention that prices are extremely exaggerated. Not impressed"
