"My problem is that this particular Jersey Mike's is a disappointment because it's not clean. I was excited that we got one close to the house but the staff seems careless, the floor is dirty on the customer side and is even worse, FILTHY on the work side. I recognized nasty clumps of dirt from someone shoes and notified the staff. I understood it was a recent trail of dirt. The staff was like whatever too me, brushed me off. Sure enough, I came back today, a week later and noticed the same clumps smashed down to the floor....smh. I really didnt want to order my sandwich but I scoped out the counter where the food was being made and still ordered my sandwich, cautiously. I paid closer attention to the rest of the place and I accepted I would never come back to this location again. Sad that the crew is careless when this is such a good brand. The counter where you pay was a little dirty as well and I still purchased my sandwich but I will not recommend this location until they clean this place up."

"Place is not neat. Has a horrible smell. The food taste old I was so grossed out. Just doesn't make sense to open at 11 and the food look like this. They said it was fresh but how can that be when it looks like it was there from a day before. Definitely will not be coming back I threw my food away. I have gone to other poke restaurants and know how it should taste and smell! I hope I don't get sick"

"This place seems like a good idea (sizzlers vibe) but in reality it is not due to some factors. it's overpriced. lunches between $1520 for a person. many nickel-dime-ing for refilling, etc. eating is not great, easy to pour in order. fat, all the way through meat and ripen. comparable to home microshaft meal times. Kind’ve Low-Class atmosphere. with a few changes in the better quality to eat and actually give more as they advertise, this place can actually become a good restaurant with a great culinary experience."

"This was one of the worst experience I 've had. (our first time at Pancho Villas I made reservations to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday I really was disappointed with whole evening. The website was deciving. I wish I would have been made aware before I made a reservation that there were only two shows too choose from and after the 1st showing my party would have to pay our check, leave the restaurant then come back in to see if we could be reseated in order to continue our celebration. They only offered a special menu the food was expensive and tasteless it tasted like it came out of a can. The beans and rice looked like you could see thru it, smeared on the plate. Our server could not remember our order, she was overwhelmed. The only good thing to say was, the music was lovely; so that 's what I paid $350.00 for. I will never return to that restaurant nor recommend it."
