"Lori was extremely rude, never came to check-in or refill drinks. The only time she occupied with our table was short and acted as if she had no time for the table. The utensils were dirty, the lemonade had random food pieces hanging on the cup inside and outside. I ordered the chicken fried steak, which was the sadst duck I had. The severity had absolutely no taste and tasted like flour. The chicken was in quality worse than a chicken patty from a McChicken, it would have been really better. The black bean burrito was even blaser than the steak somehow. Chipotle sauce? More like sour cream with a hint of tomatoes. Breakfast Croissant Sandwich? Would have been better to just grab Croissants from Costco than that merciless thing they've brought out. Do not make the meal with barely cooked potatoes crispy on site. The waffle is literally a simple waffle without butter, no whipped cream, nothing? All in all, I have absolutely no idea how this place is 4.5 stars at the time of writing. Interestingly, they are fee prices that include restaurants in downtown which are close to $20 per dish. Avoid all costs."

"I understand People are having staffing issues but at least If you promise something at least hold to it! 3 times I have tried to order ahead of time to make sure they had plenty of time and 3 times I've shown up and my order was not ready and I had to wait longer than the people in the line showing up to order their food"

"Wonderful evening and great food! No rush and a pleasant atmosphere with a wonderful waitstaff. The greens and beans was worth going by itself. Italian nachos were the bomb! I had the giant meat and cheese ravioli, homemade and yummy. My wife had the shrimp alfredo, plenty of shrimp and so fresh. Definitely going back soon!"
