"The setting is beautiful and nice, but it's really very big. So much so that the waiters are constantly looking for their table, not knowing where to turn. The dishes never arrive at the same time for the table, we had to wait for each stage because one or two people were systematically served late. Error in the aperitif boards, the wines were not served at the same time as the starter, we had to ask for it, as for the water and the bread, which never arrived. On the plate, nothing is bad, but the Savoyard mushroom fondue is made with rehydrated mushrooms, you can feel it in the texture. Fortunately, the setting is nice and we're not complainers, but the service (and I don't blame the people in the room, they really do what they can) is catastrophic. This may seem silly, but the toilets are very clean and cleaned between each small need, it's rather rare and that's a positive point! Price-wise, it's too expensive for what it is, and there are too many extras."
