"On our way home to Oregon, we stopped at Penny's Diner as only place open 24 hours we could find. At 3 in the morning, we were the only customers. Alex was our cook and waiter. He did an amazing job, not only with the foodhe prepared perfectly but also with service and conversation. Don't know why he's on this late night shift as he could boost business in the day shift with his skills. Full and happy with leftovers for the road. Excellent experience!!"

"This place is amazing. I ordered the fajita and Stephenie ordered the never a taco. Didn't have a hot taco is very fresh...I about half of it... I've also enjoyed the fajita a great deal. There were plenty of onions and green peppers with large chunks of chicken that had a great flavor. The salsa was unbelievable. It is one of my favorite restaurants salsas that I've tasted. They clearly go to a great deal of work for the salsa. It includes roasted peppers, chunky tomatoes and some cilantro among other things. The pie is definitely worth eating. We had apple pie with a scoop of ice cream and the plate was emptied in moments between the two of us. The service was spectacular. It seemed like it didn't matter what we asked, our server (Savannah) knew how to take care of it. Logistically, they seem to have a solid ability to provide service to a lot of people. They have tables for four and six throughout the restaurant. Everybody that arrives wants to be able to sit by the large picture windows that look out towards the mesas over the green river. Get here early! We made it there a second time and I ordered a burrito and Stephenie ordered a steak fajita. The burrito was unbelievably good, but the steak fajita was probably a little better. Both great meals. As always the food is amazing! I highly recommend this place."

"Im not one to always leave reviews, however; We were charged $3.00 for a half slice of Bacon that was forgot about to begin with l. We discussed it with the server and she was unwilling to do anything about it. The food was not good at all. There was 5 of us and not one of us were happy with the food nor the experience. If you are driving through town I would suggest to find some where else to go."

"Everyone gets the burger, but I ate a salad and the teriyaki grilled chicken that it was absolutely delicious. Nothing beautiful in this salad, only iceberg salad, a beet, a cucumber slice, a bunch of shredded cheese and the chicken. But for some reason, it really hit the place. The apple cake is served warm and is delicious! My friends enjoyed their burgers."

"Went to celebrate a friends birthday, tables were cleanish, bit of soaked in milkshake or something stain on the table and seat hidden away in the corner. Staff friendly and attentive, very bubbly and made the experience pleasant. Food was ok, burger could do with more seasoning and less charcoal, I like my meat well cooked with no pink but not the outside black. I would say for the price the food could be better. Drinks were good with the staff making me my request of an Old Fashioned with rum instead of whiskey. All in all good time but nothing special."
