"Between Telgte and Greven, on the Emsradweg in the middle of the day, you can check where you can rest. My wife and I come to the Oeding Country House. The Emsradweg runs directly at the house. In front of the house is paid a seasonal Pfifferlingskarte. We're going to Gimbte, go to Münster and probably very full of holiday dinners or here in the unknown restaurant. As always, we decide for the new one. The house is located in the middle of the forest, with an unprecedented access road. From the outside hard seventy style. Inside the charm 40 years ago, oak rustic dark. The opening was not reorganized. In addition to us about 10 more guests in the large guest room. In the course of our stay, however, it was significantly filled to a good degree of utilization. The location at the Emsradweg helps with high visitor frequency. The Lord in service, rather the classic host behind the counter, proved to us at free tables the lunch tickets broke: Very rustic western-fälische peasant cuisine revealed. The homemade cakes and breads from the in-house bakery offered a very tempting look. But we went to lunch. I didn't take a suit from my wife to the lion. Not so good the seedlings, the consistency was already very soft for fresh goods. They were probably more soaked in the pan than roasted. The cream sauce is a convincing product. The warm part of the farm was not optimal. On the other hand, the salad plate, which was served for this purpose, was able to delight, it was not taken into the big buckets, but beans, carrots, herbs and green salads themselves. That was better. I chose fresh hosting with roast potatoes and Mettwurst. My favorite cauliflowers, and I wanted cabbage and potatoes. And it was better with my decision. Tasty, burned and then roasted in the pan, still crunchy and served with bacon cabbage. The roast potatoes are also fresh and cherry as a supplement. Typically Westfälisch smoked and cooked Mettwurst. With this court you could be happier than my wife with her late Zle. A fresh pilgrim. The service is handled by the host, relatively rustic and jovial. But it's just more a restaurant than a restaurant. Conclusion: a guest house where time stood, but perfectly maintained. A host like before, rustic food and drinks. It was okay for the prices you called."

"Gemütliche Räume im Keller. Das Essen, Pasta bzw. Salat waren hervorragend. Der Service war, obwohl alle Plätze besetzt waren gut. Leider war das gereichte Brot kalt, wie der Wirt sagte von Mittag. Wein konnte man auch im Glas bekommen. Man mußte nicht gleich eine Flasche kaufen. Wir kommen wieder."
