"This log house pizza parlour is a must in Houston! I've eaten almost everywhere in town and the pizza factory is a can't miss whenever I'm in town (or even passing through!)Really hearty home style pizza with great toppings and sauces! The Tahiti treat is my favourite, the husky is great too!"

"You'd be mistaken to come here for fine dining and a trendy atmosphere. What do I like?They have a great patio, and while it's lacking some trendiness, with horse carriage impression booths around the place and a pool table with ample sports TVs, it's a great neighbourhood pub. Those kind of places SHOULD be a little run down. What matters to me most in those pubs are the servers who are always charming, just as they were at Happy Jack's. The food is pub food, so if you don't like pub food, don't go here. But if you want a kind of dingy comfy spot to set up for an afternoon or an evening, alone or in good company, look no further.Did I mention that everything's at great prices?"

"We went here for lunch, as it conveniently goes back to Highway 16 towards Prince Rupert. We were pretty hungry when we came to the facility. The service came almost immediately to accommodate us at the door and showed us our seats. The... place looked dated, but it can be explained by the long history for which the building has been known since the 1920s. At least it was clean and tidy, most customers sat near the entrance where you can see the kitchen window where meals come. The washrooms were very clean and decent for tired long-distance travelers. The menu includes both western and Chinese cuisine, quite varied and has many options. We went ahead and ordered chicken wings to start, baked prawns with fries and a chicken cheeseburger. The chicken wings were very good and tasteful. The shrimps were disappointing because they were more than shrimps. The burger also lacked some tomatoes, onions and other fixations, which usually go with the burger, save for the slice of unmelted processed cheese and salad with some mayonnaise. This made the meal as a whole decent, but not really remarkable. If you are hungry and in a hurry, you can try to decide for this convenient place, but we would not recommend getting out of the way to dine here."
