"This restaurant is just on the road of me, I took my new homemates up to have dinner. we went to the switch and the waitress said to us they can please return and order in about minutes. the chefs don't like it when they have more then commanded before them and will be angry I could see in the kitchen and one of the chefs that British swore at one of the waiters who collected meals sound. the place was not a bit busy, I was how we could just place our order now and she answered no. that was just the worst service I ever had. if I could rate it with 0. will not go back, neither my friends."

"I've eaten here many a time while having drinks and haven't had too many complaints but this last time I took my kids and myself up to the Easter raffle. I ordered a schnitzel for myself and nuggets and chips for the kids. Now first impression was bad with a lady at the counter. Not friendly, not helpful, no personality. Then I get the bill for $44 bucks, which for good pub food I'm quite willing to pay, so after a little shock I sit and wait. Not long later I get literally something my 7 year old could whip up. Everything on the plate was from the frozen section of the supermarket. Now I'm willing to forgive serving the kids frozen nuggets and fries but for 10bucks for 4 nuggets and chips it is a bit steep. Now my schnitzel was one of those rubbery pre-made schnitzels from the deli at Woolworths. Now that is just plain lazy. And for $24 that is robbery. They are about $2 to buy from woolies. Not happy. I know they are an 'Italian' restaurant but when you are a restaurant in a club you need to know how to make a schnitzel. I am definitely not one to complain either it was just THAT bad."
