"I stayed at the Holiday Inn right next door. Because I was a party of one I was seated immediately. The portions are HUGE and I believe the prices were very fair. The alfredo is home made- a little on the fresh side (needing a little more seasoning) but still good."

"While the restaurant location and ambiance are practical and convenient, the food and food delivery timing were mediocre.Appetizer was bought out in timely manner; however, salads were very late and incorrect. Then the steaks were served within moments of the salad. Very poor timing."

"When rating this, I struggled with the rating only due to price vs. portion. And that is my only complaint with this establishment. I come from Texas, where our Beef Brisket, is king. And it's honestly a rarity in NE GA to find brisket, let alone quality. But, when I get a plate of brisket, I expect a thicker cut, and at $16 maybe a hardier portion. (Idk maybe it's a market, or inflation thing, just wasn't what I was used to seeing). Other than the service was amazing, speedy. The food was even, spot on. Minus the thickness, the brisket had perfect color, and flavor so amazing. The sides were cold, although, known to be typical of BBQ places, still delicious. The fries are from the heavens, with a little bit of bbq on them. And it would be a meal itself. The starter cornbread, extremely good. (And I'm not a big fan of cornbread). To finish it off, they have amazing sweet tea, with all the lemon you need..."

"Yes, the food is amazing hands down! Chef Dan and his kitchen staff are the real deal! Now from somone who has been in the reasturant managment business for over 20 years and 31 years in the entertainment business I need to point out a couple things.First thing is the staff, with the employee shortage across the country this team works Thursday Sunday and most of them working doubles and consistently on a wait everyday and they have always exceeded my expectations from the time I walk in to the time I leave!Second, atmosphere when I first walked in on St. Patty's Day 2022 the place was bigger than I expected and was decked out with Tiki and Island decor with a nice touch of St. Patrick's decorations! Never seen this place dirty and I have visited often as it's only a few minutes from where I live.Third, like I said I have been in the hospitality industry for corporate and small business owners for some time and the one thing that sticks out to me are the owners! John and Susie hands down the heart of this operation! Even though they are short staffed I can honestly say they work hard and enjoy doing the things to help their staff succeed like bussing tables, sweeping, running food, changing the trash, whiping of tables, greeting and seating people,etc. As I watch sitting back in my favorite corner of the restaurant, I see them interacting with guests and always with a smile on their face!Now to the one thing I think could be improved are the bathrooms situation. They are located outside of Tillys and from what I have noticed the bathrooms are shared with the Harbor Light Marina and a lot of boaters from the lake use it frequently! Nice bathrooms just need tidied more often."

"We ordered a 6 layer strawberry cake for our daughter's first birthday. It was delicious and looked exactly like the example I sent. Our guests were all very impressed. I would suggest a simple online order form to make ordering easier for customers and staff."
