"Recently in Los Mochis - across from Cabo and on the Sea of Cortez - for serious dental work, we stayed across a parking lot from Lola, and ended up eating there numerous times. Great service, an Acai Bowl to die for, especially with a painful mouth, great local, fresh beers, full bar, wonderful coffee - and a fresh, well prepared menu overall. I'll be back in November for part two and we'll be at Lola as often as we can."

"We were a party of four and visited the restaurant based on the proximity to our hotel and advise of the front desk. The servers offered menus in Spanish and English which was helpful. The appetizers were large portions and delicious. The mains were a disappointment. The sauces for both fish dishes were heavily salted. The caribe fish dish was so salty I only had a couple of bites. The pasta was excellent as was the grilled seafood platter. Again, large portions. The rating is based on the fact that after the main courses were served we received no service except to clear our plates. We were not asked at any point how the dishes were. Two of us speak fluent Spanish and ordered in Spanish so that should not have been a problem. We wanted desserts with coffee but were offered no menu. About 30 minutes later we asked for a carte de postres and enjoyed the desserts. We are returning to Los Mochis in a week after the El Chepe Tren and would like to return but may look for something else. With follow up, we returned from an 8 day trip on El Chepe and re visited El Farallón. We ordered several entrees to share and a bottle of Albariño white wine. This experience was a 5 out of 5. The Thai ceviche was so good we ordered a second."
