"This beautiful small café is open until late on Saturday and offers a welcoming friendly service with great coffee and burgers. I can't remember the last time I had such a delicious burger. So a great place to break the ride on the way to Canberra. Quickly on the highway. In any case, worth a visit and support a local community. 5 stars of me"

"I am sorry to say that my last visit to the Marulan Bake House was extremely disappointing. When I asked for Sencha Green tea (tea bag in a cup of hot water) the assitant asked me if I wanted milk in it. I had to point out to her that you do not put milk in green tea. I also ordered a slice of banana bread. I was only able to eat half of the slice as it was dry and unappetising. For the pleasure of this underwhelming morning tea I was charge $9 50. Yes $4 50 for the tea bag and hot water and $5 for the stale banana bread. I expect to pay these prices for a pot of tea made with tea leaves and a nice fresh piece of cake in Sydney but I find it hard to see how the village bakers can justify charging these prices for something so second rate."

"This is a small bakery, limited range. Not will laid out from a customer view point. They sell delicious pies, but the display is at the back and off to the side. The Hot Cross buns were great too."
