(I don't want the obvious inflation of excellent)! the food was really delicious and according to the trips. the service was friendly. to meckern it would have been only small things, like bottle water for 6 euro. "Classic was the wrong handling yesterday, today it should be classic good with the Classic. The place is located on the most beautiful square of Montabaur, in the pedestrian area opposite the old town. Next parking is the parking lot in the middle approx. 150 meters distance, 1 hour 0,80 €. The buds of the Christmas market, each of which feels a bright vineyard, are run by itself at noon and the grapes of its guests are the stream of pedestrians in the fast-paced stream. More or less large groups define the temperature of 5 degrees C as ice colds, which can only be driven by the enjoyment of sufficient glow wines. My desire for food is already clear, the “Big medallions with fries and pepper cream sauce” incl. Day soup (Broccolirahmsuppe) for 8 €, on the map I find a number of open wines from different cultivation areas, I choose a Grauburgunder, o,2 l for 3,80 €. Map on page, service there, order given. The other tables were occupied in this room with the exception of the prepared large table and there were guests in the other room. As the only person in the service, the young woman qualified by kindness, speed and overview, while each passage was scanned tables and guests, and the right follow-ups followed perfectly. The guests were obviously well known, especially with acquaintances and businessmen who could be delivered from the daily offer. The wine was there after turning, served in carafe and glass, properly tempered, well drinkable. The soup came a little later, nicely hot, made her name all honor and just tasted like that. The consistency was correct, and it even contained smaller parts of the original aggregate state. But what the unroasted white bread cubes should strive for is from my knowledge and I forgot to ask. After a reasonable time followed the appearance of the main dish, well dressed or decorated, vegetables or salad not present, was also not shown. 2 pieces of meat besides, at and under sauce and medium thickness TK frites, properly prepared, slightly salted, tool for further processing stood on the table. The meat was good in taste and consistency, the sauce with green pepper was very good. That's how I imagined it and got it. To cleanliness: On one of the two fabric table cloths was a stain, now on the other is also one, sry. Of course, point reduction is compensated from the start by the Super Special Extra Point. My glasses have normal glasses, so I can't repeat my precritic 25-star program. But here I can recommend a place with proper food and very good service."
