"Headed down the road to Bullant Brewery today (Boxing Day 2015) for burgers beers whilst spending some time in Bruthen, Victoria. Ordered the 'Bullant Beef Burger ' of 250gram house made beef patty with tomato, lettuce, bacon, onion jam and wholegrain mustard mayonnaise. Pricey at $22 in a small country town but those rustic cut rosemary salted chips were to die for take my money!!! The bread to filling ratio was the only let down with the homemade burger bun proving too much of a mouthful and made the burger seem dry. Would happily eat this meal again soon paired with another pot of that delightful summer kolsch!"
