"After our favorite Indian had closed, we had to wait long for a worthy successor. Now he's the Shivam in Mühlheim. The restaurant is small but fine. There is no buckling and no overtrial decoration. The service is friendly and accommodating. The guest room clean and cozy. The large menu offers something for every taste and also the one or other dish unknown to us so far. In particular, the vegetarian dishes have it in themselves. Everything is deliciously flavored and tastes fantastic. Also special requests after extra Indian sharpness or more sweetness are not fulfilled promptly. To almost every main dish there is a small salad and also the selection of supplements is great. The Mango Lassi tastes great and the Indian milk tea at the end of a delicious dinner meets expectations. We are now regular guests and hopefully will be able to enjoy the Indian palate joys for a very long time. Also the arrival from further distance is definitely worth it."

"Introduction: The pipe mill in Mühlheim is operated by the guests Rosi and Friedrich Pfeifer. While swinging the spoon in the kitchen, the hostess takes care of the service. The pure curiosity drove us here tonight. Ambience and greeting: “Oh, this is small here” is my first impression when entering the restaurant. Almost 40 people fit in here. The guest room is decorated in Mediterranean style and looks pretty cozy despite the narrowness. The greeting was very warm. Right at the entrance we were received from the head of the house. As we realized, we were really lucky, because since we had not reserved ourselves, we got the last free table of the evening. Service and menu: The hostess takes care of her guests in a sober and beautiful way. It is polite and courteous and spreads good mood. Unfortunately, the second force next to it is somewhat lost and somewhat helpless. Here you can see that it is a clumsy force. The menu convinces with an extensive regional cuisine, with one or other highlight. Since I had previously looked into the internet map, I was positively surprised that it also fresh fish tonight. Drinks and food: I ordered to drink “sweet”. It's an apple, the forerunner of the apple wine. This tasted excellent and was served quickly. At the appetizers there was an add-on (South Tyrolean onion soup baked with Caccioccavallo cheese) and the filled mushrooms, baked with an olive cheese filling and cheese. At the main course, the choice first fell to the “Oberräder Schnitzel” with roast potatoes and green sauce. Unfortunately, there was no more and so I chose the Pangasiusfilet Madagascar in yogurt curry sauce with green pepper, onions, tomatoes, rice and salad. My accompaniment chose the hunter with fresh mushrooms in Rieslingrahm, Fritten and Salat. As a dessert, there were homemade ice creams in the Kroqued Mandel on cherry sauce and an Kaiserschmarrn. The appetizers were fresh and excellent. The main courts could also score with us. The fish was an eye and a pale mouse and the sauce was perfectly matched. My accompaniment also swarmed from the thin white carving and the crumble frits. We were both surprised at the positive size of the supplementary salad. At dessert the Kaiserschmarrn could not quite convince while the nugat tasted super delicious. Conclusion: Definitely worth a recommendation. Food is plentiful and petty-bourgeois and therefore the value for money is true. Tip: I recommend a reservation because as we arrived, some guests had to go again tonight because all the places were occupied in the small restaurant. We will definitely do that during the next visit."

"Lower operation. Bad food was cold. Beverages would have to be taken in part by the counter itself, otherwise it would have taken too long. Schnitzel could not be seen from the cold finished sauce. Operation no longer knew what was ordered. Had to wait an hour for our food. Adults would only be served, children from the same company would have eaten as the last half hour later. I'll never spend a cent here again!! It's worse! Lower ground!!"
