"Salate, overcrowded and combination sandwiches, packing and the legendary mountain sandwich with a lb. of maisbeef and one of pastrami high stacked on roggen. traditionally decorated interieur with original hardwood floors, collectible pieces and even an original payment phone. also the clean bathrooms were nicely decorated. the rueben came hot with deli fresh maisbeef cut in slices and high stacked, sour wort, Swiss and homemade Russian dressing. the roggen roasted to perfection and the side of the potato salad was creamy with a lot of taste. the employees were friendly and very apologetic as they were short workers and the loss of my order led over an hour waiting period. they were so overwhelmed that they closed early. take the time and support their local businesses."

"Should mention the food is good, just needs to have an owner who cares about his customers and employees 21 Feb, 2013 I have been a regular customer for about a year now and have seen the owner not only be rude to customers but also the staff. The only exeption to staff is Rick and Emily who both are suck ups, and rumor has it they're having an affair. Just found out they stole fri and sat nights away from Chris who is a great bartender and a single mom of a 5 year old just trying to get by. Screw those 2. I have a new bar I'll go to after work that's cheaper and more fun. If the owner doesn't pull his head out soon the place will fold."

"Placed an order to go. No silverware to go how they expect to eat my meal. Called restaurant and who ever is on shift told me that it's by request. Well let me tell you im a restaurant manager, abd if it's an order to go by logic should be with the order or your budget is so tide. Horrible service. It was my first time buying from this place and my last."

"I come here all the time and I love it!! This experience was not very good, but Lin entered and treated it professionally and friendly. She changed my experience from a bad to a good one. I usually have a good experience so that?s why it is 5 stars. Today was an exception, but it is a Saturday night and the economy is crazy. 5 stars because I love this place and Lin really cares for quality and satisfaction. The food is better than Benihana and a better price, the ambience is not the same, but you can overlook what you get. David was a good server. Our chef was not very professional, but he only helps them with low staff."

"The Manager, Veronica, was disrespectful and lied to me. She stated, ?Are you lost? after parking in the space right of the dumpster. She said that spot was for employees only. I moved and went inside. I started to tell her that was not they way totalk to customers and she denied the whole incident took place. I asked for a refund and went elsewhere."
