"The food here is very nice and reasonably priced. Drinks from the outside bar are at club prices. If you are a member you receive 10% discount. The only downside is the lighting, it is quite dark and can be difficult to read the menu."

"Went for lunch here. Had the fish and chips. The fish was good but the salad was not nice at all and tasted like it was yesterday's. I have eaten here on many occasions and always enjoyed it, I will go back for another try due to the other good dinning experiences I've had here. The service was good and the wait staff are friendly."

"Anyone who is visiting Newcastle should stay away from this place. The service is pathetic and food very average. The schnuggets from the kids menu is a complete rip off. There was just 3 very small pcs of what they call 'schnuggets' , to us it looked like they just trimmed 3 corners of someone else's schnitzel and put in the box. The chips were soggy and no one from the staff were interested in any feedback. Will never visit this place again."

"First I'd like to make a comment in regards to the 2 young girls on the counter who you see on arrival. They have no customer service skills, they did not smile nor were they friendly. We watched them whilst eating our dinner and noticed...they were the same with everyone that came in, they didn't even speak with each other and looked bored. The meal came out quick, we had the lamb cutlets they were incredible and large. We stayed in the hotel overnight and had breakfast the next day which was so good, no complaints."
