"Date of Visit: Sunday, February As lovers of BBQ, We have been trying to visit this restaurant for quite a while, but every time we were in the area, it was packed and we were unable to get in. We did not know...anything about the restaurant before we went other than it is BBQ. It was a bit of a shock to see the pricing structure, but we let that go because the price is not the only way to judge a restaurant. It is a Family Style restaurant and the pricing is per person at the table. Meats with sides and they serve you portions for people on one chopping block to share. We ordered the fried chicken, brisket, and the jerk chicken tacos with Hot mess and jalapeno cornbread as a side The food is a very different style of BBQ than you might be used to. the flavours are very unique and interesting. The food is quite yummy and delicious. You will enjoy them However, my biggest concern comes back to the price. For the amount of food that is presented, and the fact that it is per person, It is a bit of a letdown. Considering we visit many barbecue places across Canada and the USA, we have had every type of BBQ imaginable. There were chicken drums (they were large but only for people) The tacos very small and only the brisket was good a little chewier than we like, and there were slices. which just seemed like an odd number for people. The food itself was all very tasty, but was it worth per person? Not sure. the Jalapeno cornbread should be an automatic item served with the meals and not as a side option. it was very dry and no real jalapeno flavour. the service was pretty good. Parking is only street parking and maybe a challenge to find."

"I was in limoncello several times and decided to go with a friend on the silvester. while our overall experience was good, I was disappointed by a few things. they had my first and second choice and the first choice of my friend. we both had the kalbskalalopini that came with fukinusalfredo. both were delicious, but the kalbs was not a proper scallopini. Instead, it dares a thick piece that wasn't what I just expected as it was an Italian restaurant. scallopini means thin slices, and the flesh should be comminuted to become quite thin."

"Needed somewhere to grab a bite and ducked into Capri because it was close by (the weather was horrible and uncrowded at 4pm. We were with our son and his wife but needed some distance, so the hostess/waitress allowed us to sit at tables that...were 8 feet apart. We ordered calamari (raves from all of us , I had a Caesar salad (one of the best I've ever had and my husband had a seafood pasta which he loved. The restaurant has an old fashioned feel (NOT bougie : and has clearly been there for many years..... with good reason. The quality of the food was excellent as was the service and the prices were very reasonable we will definitely go back on our next trip to Hamilton!"
