"Absolutely adored the service and food!! It was our anniversary and we decided to visit Oxford for the weekend. We went to Turl Street for lunch. When we checked into our reservation, they immediately wished us a happy anniversary and provided complementary Prosecco. It was incredibly sweet and the Prosecco was delicious! The food at Turl Street was fantastic. We started off with their soup of the day which was carrot and ginger. So flavorful! Loved it! I then had the chicken salad, which was fresh and delicious. Strongly recommend the restaurant for its amazing food and service. I wish we had gone back for dinner!"

"Booked theatre on Good Friday and, thinking it would be quiet, did not book a table and found most restaurants full. Zizzi found me a table and by the time I had worked out the speedy booking from bar Bose, lovely waiter had taken my...order. Services was more than acceptable but the choice of cannelloni stuffed with crab and ricotta was not. I needed a sharp knife to cut through the cannelloni which was burning hot. Whilst waiting to be able to put it in my mouth I more or less are the mixed leaf salad with Caesar dressing which I enjoyed. Back to the main item and either the pasta had not been cooked or it was over cooked but it was like chewing plastic and the stuffing was coarse and virtually tasteless. Not having eaten and curtain up time approaching, I ate three quarters of it but did point it out to the waitress my thoughts on the pasta and suggested she try what I had left. She didn’t but did say you saw what I meant!! Sorry guys but not acceptable and not cheap …."

"I booked this restaurant last minute to eat with my mother, we only landed in Vienna and needed a place to eat. We had some difficulty finding the entrance as it is in a hotel and you need to go through the lobby. We took a truffle pizza and share a salad, price were correct and the food was very delicious. We also had a nice waiter, although he came a little early at our table to take our order. The seat could be improved, we sat on a high bench without pillows for my delicate floor (yes, I am a bit picky, but if you want me to stay and drink all night, I must be comfortable) Overall we had a really nice evening for a reasonable price in a beautiful restaurant, thanks to the whole team."
