"I have tried, on a few occasions, to make a reservation at this place, and it's a very frustrating experience to do so. I have tried to make reservations on a Sunday at noon. The first time I tried, I never heard back from them. The second time I tried, they finally sent me an email confirming the wrong day and time. The third time, they didn't even bother to send an email. Instead, they sent me a text with a time that was THREE HOURS OFF of what I wanted.I frequent many distilleries throughout the state of Illinois, and Vintrendi is, by far, the WORST place to attempt to go to as far as making a reservation or any sort of plans to go there.As a black man, I wanted to support this black owned business, but this place is just too frustrating for me."
