"My husband & I had a late breakfast here and our waitress was very happy & friendly! The food was decent, well cooked & tasty. The environment is a dated diner type but that is what works! Would go again! Enjoy!"

"Dirty food and contaminated areas. Ken the cook and his wife are handling food and the baby at the same time at the back of their kitchen. I saw them changing the diapers multiple times and went back to cooking without proper hand washing. They actually turned the back kitchen into their house. That's 100% disgusting. Service is worst so give it a zero as most white teenage waiting personnel are not knowledgeable and unfriendly. The atmosphere of the environment is so humid and wet. Floors are always wet. No wonder your food tastes so good because it is cross-contaminated with your kid's diapers and mess."

"Jimmy sits in the back, the way it has been for a decade or more while the staff try to serve their regulars. What was good to serve in 1970 is good enough today. The menu (other than prices) has not changed, and will not.As for quality (of anything) that is questionable. You really need to realize this is a diner, not a restaurant, there is no chef, just a line cook so order with that knowledge. The soup and chicken salad sandwich is fine but why even think about a steak here!!! Breakfast is fast and greasy with the salt shaker being the highlight. Coffee, well they serve blackish water with not much taste beyond your added sugar and cream.A Trenton institution that has long passed its due date. Go for the memories, not the food."

"We stopped for lunch during a working group. Goody's was a little smaller than I thought it would be, but the food really made up for it, and the prices were uncommonly reasonable. Lots of patronage is a great sign, and I would highly recommend this little gem for lunch."
