"I have lived not far from this establishment for 16 years and I am disappointed that I didn't discover how good this food is sooner, I haven't had everything yet on the menu, but very much plan too, what I have had has been delicious, my personalfavorite would have to be the Philly wrap with fries I've had this now twice and both times were a complete repeat from thelast, the service is also excellent, I never waited long, Firehouse is my new go to pick for the local belly grumbles"

"Everything is a la carte, they don't have your typical dinners or platters. Don't let that stop you! My partner and I got 1/4 lb of brisket (most tender I've had in a while, but a bit peppery , 1/4 lb sliced turkey (SO TENDER JUICY AND GOOD! , chili cheese fries (topped with queso and their no bean Texas chili , 6 oz scalloped potatoes (something you rarely see on a menu, and very delicious , and 12 oz ranch beans (loaded with brisket bits, and could be a meal themselves , and a side of fried okra, spent $27 and we're STUFFED! Actually had brisket left, mixed that in with leftovers of the beans, and took that to go. Really wanted to try their ice cream (they make it themselves but that will have to wait for next time. "Great place!!! Hidden gem if you've never been 1st time last night. Ate at the bar. Jamie was awesome ???? best in class Old Fashioned ???? soups were off the hook good, French Onion was to die for. Ribeye dinner and Prime Rib were amazing Thank you tothe nice man who bought us a drink ???? We'll be going back again soon"
